If you wish to trade online, you will need only to fill up a one-page application form and Addendum to Agreement. Clients are required to complete the Account Registration Form and submit it electronically to Online Trading and Marketing Promotion Department. After that, the account application package will be forwarded to your mailing address as stated in the form by registered mail. While awaiting for setting up of your online account, you can still continue to trade trough your Marketing Officer.

For activation of your existing account for online access, it will take only 48 hours from the receipt of your application. Upon activation of your Online Trading Account, you will receive via e-mail your account number which will also be your UserID.

As your password will be most confidential and in the interest of security, this will be sent separately to the mailing address given in the application form by registered mail only.

For New Clients

1. To open Internet Trading Account with DBSV, clients are required to complete the Account Registration Form and submit it electronically to our Client Services Department. After that, the account application package will be forwarded to your mailing address as stated in the form by registered mail.

2. Please attach your personal document as follows:-

For Thai Individual clients
A certified copy of your Identification
A certified copy of House Registration Certificate
A certified copy of your recent bank/financial statement for the past 6 months
Duty stamp Baht 30

For Foreign Individual clients
A certified copy of your passport
A certified copy of your Work Permit, if working in Thailand
A certified copy by Notary Public, if you can not come to open account at our offices
A certified copy of your recent bank/financial statement for the past 6 months
Duty stamp Baht 30

Please be advised that clients are required to sign on every single page of the above document before submitting to DBSV.

3. Please bring all documents to the Online Trading and Marketing Promotion Department, address below or our near Branches to verify your signature:-

4. If your document is complete, we will establish your Online Trading Account under Cash Balance Type within 48 hours after the receipt. As a result, you will promptly receive an electronic notification letter to your e-mail address, advising your account number which will also be your UserID that you are required to input when accessing our website.

5. As your password will be most confidential and in the interest of security, this will be sent separately to the address given in the application form by registered mail only.

7. In case there is any change to your personal data previously given to DBSV, you may notify us electronically. Please be advised that the password is required at this stage and your data will only be updated after the verification of your password. Simply click under Change My Personal Data.
